Lawrence Broadie - Managing Director
A former head of marketing at Heart of Midlothian FC, Lawrence has worked in agency for the last eight years, as an account director, director, and now owner and managing director of Electrify. Lawrence has overall responsibility for all client relationships, the company’s strategy and business development.
Lucy Broadie - Operations Director
Lucy leads the operational side of Electrify ensuring everything runs like clockwork. From managing accounts payable to payroll and pension, through to ensuring the business has the tools it needs to operate compliantly and smoothly, Lucy has us covered.
Lauren Bennett - Head of Creative Services
The third member of our senior leadership team, Lauren joined Electrify in January 2019 and heads up our creative operations including graphic design, film, and animation. Originally from Middlesbrough, Lauren joined us from Analox, having previously worked for Loughborough University.
Graeme Alexander - Senior Associate, Marketing & Communications
A former STV & Bauer Media broadcast journalist, Scottish Government media manager, and communications executive at Aegon, Graeme joined our team in July 2019 to lead on a range of key client accounts.
Laura Sturrock - Associate, Marketing & Communications
Laura joined Electrify in August 2019 after a successful career in journalism working, principally, with Johnston Press across a range of their local titles. Laura works with Graeme as a team delivering a range of powerful campaigns for clients.
