At Electrify, we know how important it is to align your brand with your culture. Throughout our project with Negotiate, we worked with their managing director Florence to tell her and her company’s story.
Negotiate was founded over 25 years ago by Florence’s father, Gavin. Florence is proud of her Dad’s legacy but it was time for her to make her mark.
We challenged Florence to think about what matters most to her, and importantly what people need to know about negotiation.
Our team learnt that negotiation is often misunderstood, and yet we all negotiate every day whether that be at work, or in our personal lives. Getting this message across was fundamental.
As a negotiation trainer and consultant, Florence’s product is her expertise, so together we decided she should be the face and the voice of her brand.
