As a multidisciplinary creative you have the opportunity to design stunning content for our clients across a range of different digital media channels and print.
This is a role for someone who’s first, core expertise is as a graphic designer, but who has started to develop good skills in building animation and/or editing film.
You will want to grow these existing skills and acquire new knowledge, and so you will be motivated to identify opportunities to upskill. We’ll support you in that, too.
There are three things we think you need to fly at Electrify:
You will have three years, useful, relatable experience and you will be hungry - very hungry!
You will be a Adobe Creative Cloud whizz, with a baseline skill level that leans towards graphic design. We’re wanting more though, as creative requirements become ever more diverse.

You’ll be able to demonstrate that you can fit our team, by sharing and living our four core values: committed, energetic, honest and kind.
This is a mat leave cover position, so we’ve fixed the contract length. Although there are no guarantees, it could become a permanent role. It depends on two things: your own sizzling performance and the business’ performance (which could well be related to each other).
Right now we’re working from home, but we have put in place robust Return to Office (RTO) plans and we intend to bring our team together as soon as it is safe to do so. Everyone in our team is engaged in that process. Our office is based by the M8 at Junction 3.
Speaking of our team when it comes to creativity everyone is an equal. Nobody has a monopoly on ideas or wisdom. You’ll be coming into a team where your voice matters - you just need to make it heard.
You’ll also take part in our Success Framework, which is our way of assessing what makes a brilliant outcome for our clients, the business - and you! There are six performance themes, and you will work with your line manager to identify opportunities for improvement. Depending on your progress you’ll be able to earn a bonus - one of TWO we offer each year.
